FITNESS ACTIVITY WEEK

Fitness means being able to perform set of physical activities. It also means having the energy and strength to feel as good as possible. Getting more fit, even a little bit, can improve your health in long term. So with the arrival of “Winter”, EIS is celebrating Fitness Week. Not only students but teachers are also enthusiastic toward participating in the “Fitness Week Activity”. Starting from yoga to aerobics, badminton to other outdoor games everything is being enjoyed. Sunny mornings are getting filled with joyous spirit and of course it is a good way to start our day.
